With over 25 years’ experience specialising in reactive and planned maintenance, together with insurance repairs, Goodyer are well equipped to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution for all your needs.

Together with our group partner BlueHouse we can provide you with a single point of contact for inspections, reactive repairs, cyclical maintenance or more complex refurbishment work. We also have vast experience of working directly for Insurers and can help with all aspects of insurance claims, from initial stabilisation and mitigation work, to repairs and reinstatement.

Goodyer operate an effective and efficient quality management system based on the requirements of ISO9001.

Our customer service team are here to help and will ensure that your customers receive exceptional service. Our dedicated account managers will work closely with you to tailor our services to meet your specific requirements and expectations.

We have embedded the FCA requirement to Treat Customers Fairly (TCF) into our company culture with our day to day processes focusing on assisting customers. Goodyer are registered with the ICO and through regular training all staff understand the requirement of protecting your personal data.

Our experienced in-house project management team will arrange and manage work on site, ensuring these are completed quickly, to a high standard and with minimal disturbance.

Before joining our network, subcontractors must undergo a technical, health & safety, insurance, and financial audit and make a commitment to our prescribed safety procedures.

Health & Safety and the Environment

All site personnel have industry recognised health and safety qualifications and have been DBS checked. Regular site audits are carried out by our independent health & safety partner Safescope.

Goodyer is ISO14001 accredited and take their social and environmental responsibilities very seriously, always looking at innovative ways to reduce waste and carbon emissions.

Information Technology

We use bespoke management software to proactively manage cases and have a mobile application which allows project managers to provide electronic reports and photos to instantly keep customers informed of progress as works proceed.

The company has recently upgraded its IT systems to ensure GDPR compliance.
